God-Given Inquisitiveness

I am really enjoying this gorgeous day! I can see the mountains, the waters, the islands, the farmland, the SUN! Oh, God is such a blessing to me!
Not only do I get to enjoy His marvelous masterful artwork, I also get to enjoy the marriage He has allowed me to have. As everyone who is married knows, it's not always an easy road, but definitely a worthwhile one when you're doing it through Christ! Yes, today is a GOOD day!
I always find it worthwhile upon which to muse, the fact that the weather can be a boost to one's temperament. It is true that it is all in one's perception. You can enjoy the rainy weather, which I do (especially if it's a thunderstorm!), but typically we people enjoy the sunshine.
I am glad that God made me the way I am. I am a creature who enjoys figuring out things. I like a good problem to solve. That inquisitiveness that He gave me keeps my mind from going to mush. There are those unfortunate times that I've used it against His will, but He always fixes that problem!
Today I am purposing to use it to figure out a nice recipe for dinner! I am going to use my inquisitiveness, spunk, and down-homeness to give my husband a delightful snack-before-dinner and dinner. There are times when I have done experiments that have been entitled "Slop," but it's a tasty one. There are those other times, though, that it has really turned out with a nicer name, i.e., Fajita Stew. So, I will let you know what today's recipe is called, at a later date. :)
What is something that God has given you in your personality that you are purposing to use today as a blessing to your husband and/or family? I would LOVE to hear!

P.S. Today is Thursday link-up over at the Imperfect Housewife! Check out all the other gals sharing their recipes, thoughts, and other fun things!
